Letrozole will cause joint and leg pain. I'm sorry you are experience that.
Heating pad helps somewhat. Could your doctor adjust the dosage? Good luck. Let us know how you're doing.
I am taking the Accord brand. I get it through my oncologist. Been on it for a few months now. Pain is really bad at times. I wonder if it is also due to new exercise. It is a Rollercoaster. Fighting fatigue so hard to do exercise.

Originally when I switched from Breckinridge Letrozole to Accord Leterzole, I thought that I just had to switch tablets with no gap in between of no tablets.
That does not work.
I still had the pain.
So, I then stopped all Leterzole with their permission for 2 weeks.
It took 8 days for all the pain from Breckinridge to go away.
The I had 6 days of feeling fine and was supposed to then go on the Accord Leterzole.
I called them up and asked if so could go a month in total without any Leterzole and they agreed with no problem.
So, after 30 days total, I went back on the new Accord Leterzole and have had no problems in comparison to the Breckinridge Letrozole.
I really do not know what was wrong with the Breckinridge Letrozole.
I did feel that it may have had twice the 2.5 dose in each tablet for the last two bottles that I took or there was some terrible additive in the last two bottles which made it impossible to take.
That is just my thoughts on this.
The Accord Leterzole has been rated the best manufacturer to take by many women in England on an English site that I read 5 years ago.
We have to do what we have to do to work through all these meds and situations.
Again, many thanks to @A MyBCTeam Member who was a lifesaver in doing research on Accord Leterzole and describing that it was the best on to take on here.
That gave me incentive to ask for a switch.

3 times today I have typed a note on my IPhone and los it.!!!
I just sent my oncologist an email thru MyChart asking for a new Letrozole pres prescription from Accord instead of Breckenridge.
I will let you know if the pain is different.
I still have the trigger fingers of my right hand, index and middle fingers.
The new fingers pain is in addition to my all over body pain.
I can’t continue like this.
I don’t expect results for a couple of weeks, hopefully sooner.
