Good morning, I’m on anastrozol since August 2024, and I take it at 7h in the morning. Since about 3 months I have insomnia.

Hot flashes since the beginning. But now I started Melatonin 5mg the on under the tongue. But I have hard to to fall a sleep. Do you think change the hour of the anastrozol if I take it at night? Instead of morning?

FYI I take cannabis gummies for sleep as the melatonin gave me nightmares.
