Tomorrow I take it as usual at 7h morning
Never had any hot flashes-even during menopause. I guess I am one of the lucky ones. Hope it continues. Hopefully yours gets better or goes away. I have read where other women have reduced hot flashes as time goes on.
I started out taking mine at night. That didn’t work for me so I switched to morning. I went ahead and took it at 7 am after taking at 10 pm. Did that for awhile and didn’t like the way my side effects worked with my ADD. The next day I skipped the am dose and took it at noon. I now take it anywhere between 12:30 and 3 pm. Side effects don’t happen or I am too busy to notice. My oncologist said switching it up is no big deal because of the time it stays in your body. Hope this helps with your question.
Stay strong 😊💕

The key principle with anastrozole is consistency: taking it at the same time each day helps maintain steady levels in the body. Whether morning or evening Show Full Answer
