Members on anastrozole shared their personal experiences dealing with insomnia and weight gain, offering a wide range of practical tips for managing these side effects. Several members recommended melatonin (including time-release versions), magnesium glycinate, tart cherry capsules, cannabis gummies, and magnesium lotion for sleep, while others mentioned asking their oncologist about gabapentin or hydroxyzine. A recurring theme was that small lifestyle changes like strength training, walking, reducing sugar, and adjusting when you take anastrozole can also make a real difference.

Get Sleep 3: it has herbs and time release melatonin and keeps you asleep throughout the night. A very good mix.

Do you take it at night? I initially took Anastrozole and was taking at bedtime.!I found taking in the morning for me was better, not just for sleep but also the stiffness as I was up and moving around all day, and movement/motion helps with the stiffness.

If you were taking 3mg, you may. need a higher dose.
