I have osteopenia and when I started in Letrozole, I started in Prolia, a bone building shot every 6 months. Much improvement in my bone density.

i have been on Alendronate for 2 years..then off...bone scan was great...so got break for 2 years...now back on for 2...scan in December

I have osteopororis and I take Actonel once a week.
I ‘m on Anastrozole since november 2024 after having 5 radiation treatment.
Next month, may 8th ITS mammogram and bone density. I will see if the Actonel did the work!
You can have a pill once a week or bone infusion.
