So much different advice about what to eat I'm thinking of just forgetting it all and sticking to coffee ice cream.

Green tea and broccoli sprouts I'm now onto kombucha as alcohol is out. It's so hard there are so many lists some days I get overwhelmed and don't know what is safe to eat . Then others say just do the best u can, I like this advice best.

I am HER2 triple positive.
I stay away from all dairy and grains and sugars. No sulphites. Best thing is what one doctor told me is to eat real food. Anything that is in a box or bag is not real food. Potatoes are real potatoe chips are not. No processed food. Mainly a low alkaline diet. Vegetables fruit and white meat and fish. I googled hormone and estrogen causing food. That might help.
