Medical marijuana works wonders for sleep and pain issues.

Unfortunately there's a ton of FALSE information being given to people about medical marijuana. Mostly being given by the medical community. It's sad really. They'd rather give a prescription drug that causes numerous side effects then give a referral for marijuana which side effects are positive. It helps alleviate depression, anxiety, muscle spasms, pain, insomnia and so much more. We all need to educate ourselves and stand up to these medical docs. This is our lives and our health. Our choice, not theirs.

@A MyBCTeam Member Yes, thank you! I am glad to hear someone speak positively about medical Marijuana. I asked my onco and he gave me the "well its really to help those with their appetite loss." Well guess what! I took matters into my own hands and YES during the end of Taxol when I was basically in tears to go to bed, knowing the muscle &joint pains & hot flashes would consume me...Three puffs before bed and I was able to get some sleep. I luckily only needed to do this for a couple weeks and I the SE's began to subside slowly

I no longer take Tomoxifen. I'm only taking chemo. I slept better last night. I now have a script for Ambien. I think it helped my mind rest. Hope for a restful night tonight. I walked a mile and a half today again and I think that will also help.

Are you taking tomoxifen at night? Try taking it in the morning. I've taken my tamoxifen at night, and it kept waking me up three or more times a night. Eventually though, it settled down, and i can sleep with no problem. I also had trouble sleeping the night of chemo, they said it was the steroids :(
