I'm having pain but it's under my breast that has been rebuilt with DIEP flap. Its a sharp pain, possibly in the rib. Have you had yours checked? I'm thinking about getting an ultrasound to see what's going on.

I had a single mastectomy in 2014. In the past six months have developed pain in shoulder, arm, breast, underarm and torso. I thought it was nerves and I didn't want them to think I was drug seeking so I didn't say anything. My husband found several articles on post mastectomy pain syndrome. I am going to check into this. They treat it with nerve pain medication and not narcotics.

I have pain but I did not have a diep flap so probably different.

Pain yes but no diep flap.
