I think most women on here have gone through the expander phase, so we might not be able to answer your question with alot of experience.

Personally, my husband and I joke that the whole reason you get expanders is so you don't have the direct comparision between boob and implant. And you're so sick of the expander that anything would feel soft and wonderful after that.

That being said, I'm sure my implants are not as soft as my boobs were. They're pretty pliable, but firm-ish. So I'm not sure yours will ever feel "real".

But if you're unhappy, talk to your plastic surgeon. There are various types of implants that have come out (Gummis? which I think are a silicone gel), which might feel more real. When you go back to see your PS, discuss your issue, ask him if they will get softer and if they don't, what he might recommend to help it feel more natural for you. And if he says "nothing", find a new PS and get a 2nd opinion.

Yep, the "rock tits" get a big tiring. They're bulky, very hard and have a tendency to get in my underarm a bit. LOL
