Initially I had a lumpectomy and breast lift on the other side was in the plan; however, no clear margins so I chose to have bilateral mastectomy and immediate reconstruction done. I chose bilateral mastectomy because I was told by both my breast surgeon and my plastic surgeon that its very difficult to make a fake breast look like a natural breast. I don't regret my decision.

I was a 38C. I was very happy with the lift my surgeon did a great job. Sometimes I second guess myself about not getting an implant, but at the end of the day I believe I made the right choice. I was told I could always get one later if I changed my mind.

Are busty? I'm a b cup small frame like as in about a size 4 34 b . The oft side droops a little but in a bra it's due able. Was it worth it were you happy with the lift.

I had a mastectomy on the right side with implant and just a lift on the left. With the correct bra you can't even tell. I just wasn't ready for an implant on the left

Yes I had the other side lifted-a few times. Yes it's hard to get both of them looking the same. Main thing is that I wanted them level across. They're different shapes and the real one doesn't protrude as much as the fake One even though it's bigger. They look great in a bra!
