I’ve finished my radiation treatment in may the last 3 days my radiation breast feel so hard and painful, I’m so panic i don’t what to think.

It sounds like your breast swelling may be related to breast lymphedema which might give you a hard and uncomfortable breast.
Call the radiation oncologist office CB on Monday and ask to talk to the nurse about this or ask the receptionist directly if they can fit you in for an appointment.
The hard and uncomfortable breast might be from the radiation too.
Ask if you can come in and be checked out.
Do not worry. You will get through this.

Yooly, I did not do radiation, but it would seem that contacting the radiologist is the way to go, besides being in pain, you're scared- speaking with them may help you get relief and peace of mind. I hope you reach out to them early tomorrow! Please let us know how it goes! Gentle hugs!
