My infusions of Herceptin/Perjeta did attack my heart that is why I haven't had treatment in over a year I am scheduled for an echocardiogram in August HOPEFULLY I can go back to treatment 🙏🙏🙏 I dont come out of remission before that🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

I totally agree with you that your oncologist needs to step up to the plate or be replaced.
You need support and feedback.
Research and see what will work to take if you have heart issues.
Your cardiologist needs to be in the game too and both know what you are taking and checking you out timely for heart issues.
In an ideal world, they should be communicating with each other.
In US medicine, this never happens.
So, keep your oncologist and cardiologist in the loop by posting information given by each one to you to the other.
My Onocoligist doesnt seem interested I have an appt in a few weeks to have a face to face conversation about my concerns he better answer my questions or i WILL find another Onocoligist!
Insist that your oncologist listen to your concerns and develop a plan.
