Hi Debbie. I got my info for the chart from drugs.com. On the main page for each drug they have the most common side effects. When you reach the bottom of that list there will be another link to click that has the less common side effects.

Ugh I’m so sorry about the endometriosis cancer and radiations. That does sound quite intrusive to the bowel area.
I actually think it’ll be a good exercise for me to make that chart. Do my own due diligence.

I haven't had any mouth or bowel issues with the Ibrance. I was concerned about diarrhea too because I went through intestinal hell the 4 times I had radiation to my lower abdomen for endometrial cancer when I was initially diagnosed along with the 3 other times it came back to haunt me.

Ok so I’m new to social media and I’m not following who is writing to me very well at all. I’ll learn!! So Rose you are the only response thus far. I did want to tell you that charting all three is a super good idea! I never thought of doing that and I couldn’t keep them all straight just reading everything on each one. I’ll do the same thing too.
I can handle some fatigue compared to mouth sores and sever diarrhea for years.

Rose, thanks for sharing! You are the second person to respond on Ibrance. And other than needed dosage adjustment for liver function, the side effects weren’t or aren’t bad. I’m so worried about two things: mouth sores/inflammation and severe diarrhea. Of course, they all reduce white blood cells so that’s concerning for fighting infections but it’s those two things noted above that life like to avoid if at all possible.
