on letrozole (almost 2 years) and weight gain and joint pain awful. Have tried and unsuccessful even losing a pound. So frustrating. And the weight makes joint pain even worse. I barely recognize myself. Do not really want to do GLP1s.

Hi Randy. I ended upon pain meds because I could hardly walk the pain is so bad. It's a pain you can't make other people understand that it is debilitating. If your primary care will give you pain med (oxycodone) It is life changing. I wish you the best Lee
