Does anyone know where I can get a breast prosthesis in Northwest Indiana?

Hi Merritsa! My surgeon wrote an Rx for a fitting, mastectomy bras and prosthetic. She also provided the names, addresses- and contact info for the two shops in our area. Both shops were willing to measure, order, and file for insurance. If your surgeon did not provide the info, contact your nurse navigator to see if they can get you the Rx and info! Hugs!
