I have been on Letrozole for a year now...What seems to works for me is if I stay completely away from alcohol and caffeine I don't have the dizzy spells anymore and my hot flashes have decreased.. I carry a small water jug with me at all times...reminds me to drink water. I believe that and gentle exercise helps me with fatigue.
Hugs.....

I agree with JudiHolland. Be kind to your body. Fatigue is a common issue with most of these treatments. Stay hydrated! Ibrance will lower your white blood cells and your neutrophils. This was a common issue with me. My oncologist kept a close eye on my bloodwork and if my numbers got too low then she lowered my Ibrance dosage until my numbers came up again. It's a drug that builds up in your body over time. So don't panic if she needs to lower the dosage. It won't effect the efficacy of treatment. I took ibrance 3 1/2 years. I got a great response to this drug. Very few side-effects in my case. Good luck!πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘πŸ€ž
