You can get bamboo supplements with it: Now Bamboo Silica Beauty. Or silica complexes: for example Now’s Silica Complex. A more absorbable form is liquid, e.g. Living Silica by Orgono.
Dr Mercola’s Silica Collagen Builder or Futurebiotics Super Silica Complex.

One of the better brands and most absorbable seems to be: Biosil Advanced Collagen Generator (drops).
Solgar also has silica in pill form.

Before starting any supplement regimen, including vitamin D and magnesium, it's important to consult with your healthcare team. They can perform a simple blood test to check your vitamin D levels and determine if supplements are necessary for your specific situation.

While supplements may help some people, taking too much can lead to unwanted side effects. Your doctor can help determine the right dosage for your needs. For managing bone and joint pain during breast cancer treatment, there are several treatment options your healthcare team might recommend. Some MyBCTeam members have found relief through various approaches, but what works for one person may not work for another. Always discuss any new supplements or pain management strategies with your oncology team to ensure they won't interfere with your cancer treatment.
