whatever you post here is seen by everyone and whoever clicks the thumbs up, heart and makes a comment gets sent to you in an email notification if you have that enabled. There is no such thing as sending a text to your team unless you have their personal email.
if you want to contact individual members you can post to them your email and phone number using @ in front of their name. This site hides that email/phone number from everyone else and only the person you gave it to will see it.
Currently, there isn't a feature to message all team members simultaneously. You can leave individual messages for team members through their profiles. The best way to communicate with multiple team members is by making posts in the Activity Feed, which your team members can see and respond to.
