I'm doing ok on Letrazole actually. I've been on it for a few months and really the only side effect I have is HOT FLASHES!!!!! Dang it. So, my oncologist put me on efexor for the flashes and it helps a great deal. Also, I'm not hungry on efexor which is ok with me as I need to lose a good amount of poundage.

• Hot flashes and night sweats
• Joint and muscle pain
• Vaginal dryness
• Digestive issues
• Mood changes
• Weight changes If you're experiencing troublesome side effects with your current manufacturer's version, it's important to discuss this with your healthcare provider. They can help determine if switching manufacturers might help or if adjusting your treatment plan would be more beneficial. Remember that side effects can vary greatly from person to person, regardless of manufacturer.

Always report any serious side effects immediately, such as signs of blood clots, liver problems, or severe allergic reactions.
