5 women on MayoClinicConnect said that they were using magnesium creams that helped.
I just came up with a great idea!
I noticed that there is less pressure on my
feet and legs at the kitchen sink as I have one of those rubber mats that chefs use who are on their feet a lot.
I am going to get one for the bathroom sink too as it is painful to stand on a rug there at the end of the day.
I have had my best results with Duloxitin and extra strength Tylenol. My worse pain is at night so my hands and feet are uncovered. When it is really bad, I will rub bees wax on my legs and arms do nothing is actually able to touch the skin. I get pure bees wax at the beauty supply stores. This lets you know that I have been driven to desperation!

My 97 year old Italian, 97 not a typo, has one in her kitchen.
She also follows a Mediterranean diet. Hardly any sugar or except for her strawberry jam in her morning dry toast. And what is naturally in food. Strawberries etc.
It’s a little too late for me even though I have known her for about 27 years.
She bought hers at
Walmart I think.

Hi! What has helped me with my leg, knee and foot pain (due to aromatase inhibitor) is a combination of physio therapy, massage therapy, knee braces, leg compression sleeves and walking as much as my legs will allow. I try to avoid medications and supplements because my body has gone through so much already with chemo, radiation, antibody treatments and hormone inhibitors. I want to go easy on my kidney and liver. I hope you find what works for you.
I take Alpha Lipoic Acid 300mg daily. My foot doctor recommended it. He said that they have done studies in Germany that showed it was beneficial. I have been on it for years. It appears to work as I do not have any major neuropathy issues.
