I have now changed to Mar brand name Letrozole. No pain, no side effects at all what a relief. I wish I would have figured this out months ago and avoided all the pain and having to take ibuprofen just to be able to walk.

It is the “trade” of the brand of Letrozole i am taking. Iknow of 4 brand or trade names. ACH, MAR, NAT and APO . The 1st 2 i had no issues with NAT was the worst almost every side effect that was listed and continued leg pain with Apo. Back to Mar brand name and no side effects. I can only conclude there is a difference in how they are manufactured.

I also have leg pain and hip pain . I didn’t know there were so many types.

The issue seems to be the actual brand name the one I had when the pain started is no longer offered because of the side effects it is Nat brand currently on Apo similar problem not quite as bad will be going back to Mar brand and hopefully this will stop. Taking 2 extra strength Ibuprofen so I am able to walk. Helps a lot
So looking forward to going back to the Mar brand that I had no issues with. Hope this information helps
