I'm so relieved I'm not the only one with knee and ankle pain...I feel like I'm full-blown arthritic! I am also dealing with what feels like Achilles tendinitis. Ughh...it never ends!
I took Letrozole for 6 years some time ago and it caused severe leg and hip pains. I think it us known for this side effect. My doctor would only brake me off of it when it quit working and my cancer returned. There are other drugs you could try. Ask your doctor.
I have battled cancer for almost 30 years and am now 83 years old. While I have Cancer in many areas now, the Xeloda I am taking has kept me stable.

Yes. Weakness in my legs is bad. I'm hoping it is temporary.
Yes, but for me it's been before Letrozole. My legs are shot, I mean I have a hard time going up and down stairs as the pain is really bad
