I've always been resilient no matter what was thrown at me. Every event that would have weakened someone else made me stronger. I bounce back pretty quickly when bad stuff happens and then figure ways to deal with it
Oh absolutely. Great question abd post. You are finding some good stuff on X. 💖
Resilience is a big deal in coping with all kinds of hard things not just medical. I have always thought of resilience as the ability to bounce back from whatever sucker punch life throws your way. Kind of how much like a rubber band I am.
EBGils I agree with you. Resilience has helped me through as well. My brother's have started calling me a Bad A## because of my resilience. It's not always easy, I give myself 15 minutes a day to cry then I tell myself it's time to move on.
Resilience☺️
It has always helped me move forward. It has made me stronger to withstanding challenges. It keeps me going with a smile on some of my worst days. Although I might take a minute or two to shed a tear, I know I must keep going. BC has been one of my biggest challenges, it was your strength guiding me through.
I agree about being resilient. I think as women, or mothers, we are always faced with challenges and this bc is a biggie. So, being strong, and never giving up hopes keeps us going.
