Kate- start taking some notes,
Start a food log, what and when
Note your hyration
Note what meds and what time you take them
Note what supplements, vitamins, etc you take and when you take them
When do you start noticing the pain, write the time down, and write where the pain is located-
Is it a cramping pain, or? describe
Is the pain ongoing, or does it come and go.
Is there any nausea
Are you having any bowel issues

Keep the log going daily, there may be some clues hidden in there, especially if a pattern starts to emerge.

I hope you and your doctors can figure this out. I have Crohns, and ended up having to have a bowel resection done in my 20's. Because I had a history of the issue clearing up, and then coming back, I spent years having it dismissed by doctors as a stomach bug, stress, or episode of food poisoning. This was back when doctors felt this was a "rare" condition.

Keep up with the "detective work"- something is going on, and your body is trying to let you know. Keeping you in prayers!

Katie, if yo get permission to take the melatonin and magnesium capsule at bedtime and still awaken, try to take 2 magnesium gummies when you wake up.
Also clear that through the Doctor.

A friend of mine is now using the melatonin plus magnesium capsule as she had insomnia and only slept 2 hours.
With the above, she slept 5-6 hours Then she took 2 magnesium gummies which helped her fall asleep again.
