While tomorrow is not promised, I do believe that without Him, my family and I would not be here today. Every breath is a gift from the Holy Spirit.
As a longtime Lector at my Parish, I am used to proclaiming His Word, but today I want to proclaim His healing power. Loving God with "all our strength" (Mark 12:33) means giving Him the praise for every victory in our health.
I celebrate by turning all the glory back to the Greatest Physician.

Me too. Still do every day for every breathe I take.
I was so tired from radiation, doctor visits and chemo that I could not have celebrated in any shape or form. I did get some much needed sleep and went I started feeling better. I ate ice cream.
I praised,the Lord!
I thanked God.
