Agree, most likely scar tissue. When I had my surgery, they had me start massaging the surgery areas within a week of surgery. That way the scar tissue never built up. I have no scar tissue edges to speak of. I did the soft massage religiously two times a day and it worked. I am not sure how many surgeons recommend this.
