I was under the impression that I would not lose my hair, unlike chemotherapy.

Another tip to help nourish your hair and help with its growth is to apply a mixture of almond and castor oil, plus a couple drops of rosemary and peppermint essential oils on your scalp and let it sit for several hours or even the whole night. Then wash it out. I’ve only done it a couple of times because it’s an ordeal. But if you have patience, I’ve heard doing a full week of this once a month can speed hair growth.

Don’t worry about fatigue. It won’t be worse than on chemo. As a matter of fact. I’ve been traveling between my treatments and walking around 10 miles per day on those trips.

Were you were getting TCHP for your chemo? Phesgo is the HP(Herceptin Perjeta). From what I heard, you should not loose your hair, maybe some mild thinning.

And I have originally very straight and it would never take any curls at all. And now it’s frizzy/curly. So weird…

Looks like it’s coming back very densely. That’s great!
