Button down shirt makes things so much easier with a port. In winter, I wore flannel button down, summer, Cotten. Comfort is the key 🙂
I did a button up, and once the port was accessed, I just buttoned around the tubing, then took my Benedryl nap- lol! I wore comfy jammies pants, and carried my jeans and t-shirt in my bag to change into once everything was finished. Good luck, we will look for you post that everything went well and that you are resting comfortably at home! Hugs!
What ever is most comfortable for you! A v-neck, or button up will make it easier for your team to access your port. I did chemo over a very cold winter. I wore layers.
Wishing you well!
Definitely a button down and something comfortable! I wore my surgical bra, tank top (thin straps), a cardigan, hoody and large sweat pants. (I started mine in January). Do you have a port?
Thank you all so much! Helpful info
