Sadness, lose, and just exhausted now
Everything you are feeling is totally normal- but that does not mean you can't seek help to make this easier. Reach out to your nurse navigator about in-person support groups in your area, ask if your center offers any classes, (ours had seated tai-chi, meditation, art classes, etc) all meant to help us deal with the stress, anxiety, etc. while allowing us to connect with others. If these are not a fit, talk with whichever doctors/health professionals that you have a good relationship with, whether it is the oncologist, a PA, NP, or your PCP- and ask for some suggestions as to a counselor or therapist that has experience working with cancer patients. Keeping you in prayers! Hugs!
Grieving is a natural response to a breast cancer diagnosis and the changes it brings. It's common to grieve for the loss of your health as you knew it, changes in your body, or the impact on your daily life and relationships. Here are some ways to cope with grief during this time:

No I will be 69 this years.
I’m a marathon runner.
I was in the best health until cancer got me!
Never been the same but fight for my life.
This time it’s so hard to accept it?
I never thought that this will happened that I have to go through with oncologist and new treatments?
Dealing side affects? Pain it’s so much on my spinal. They would just attack me when I’m in peace with my days and nights. Can’t get any sleep thinking what is next??
I have to prepare the side affects when I will know what there plans for me on my new treatments?
March 20 2024 my dr going to put me on Xeloda. Then two days after they have meeting putting me on trails.
Now they said what is best for me
Another two meds Verenzio and Oserdu.
And Friday last week they called and
Two other treatments almost same as the Verenzio and Oserdu?
That this is what there heading for me?
Still waiting for the clinical trial?
When you think everything going smoothly fighting this cancer they are ways to find place to get you!!
It’s so sad that we all have to go through and fight and fight this!!
I was feeling exactly like that last year. I felt like I was just going through the motions. I didn't want to believe it was really happening. I felt totally alone because the only people that I knew had BC were now dead so there wasn't anyone I could really talk to about my feelings. If you have a BC support group where you live, join. I couldn't because I have to raise my grandkids right now and they were in school when I was diagnosed. I'm now in therapy to try and deal with all the emotions that having BC has brought to my life as well as other issues. Just know we have ALL BEEN WHERE YOU ARE. YOU ARE NOT ALONE. I wish I could give you a GREAT BIG HUG. You can do this. You have more strength in yourself than you ever realize. Hugs 🫂 and ❤️ to you.
If you can make schedule when you feeling better take a walk even 15 minutes get fresh air. Make this as a date just for you. Clear your mind.
And learn to LOVE yourself ❤️
