Many community members strongly related to feeling irritable and emotionally overwhelmed, reassuring the original poster that this is a very normal part of living with cancer. Several members shared personal coping strategies, including taking space to rest and read, apologizing to loved ones and explaining their feelings, adjusting medication like Anastrozole to a lower dose, and using writing or prayer as an emotional outlet. A recurring theme was self-compassion, with members encouraging each other not to judge their feelings while also being mindful of how emotions affect those around them.

Yes I do. Truth be told, I did before my cancer diagnosis too. LOL

@A MyBCTeam Member thanks for that info Joan. I take 1000mg curcumin slit in two doses daily. I go back and fourth on whether to start Anastrozole since I already have osteoporosis in my left hip. I started Osteostrong around 4 month ago so if these classes help with my Osteoporosis I may give anastrozole a try. I'm glad to hear that I can start out in low dose if needed ❤️

Yes, absolutely. Very, very normal. Our emotions are all over the place, we're tired, no energy whatsoever, a bit down sometimes so we just act accordingly. It's perfectly normal so no need to worry. Wishing you the very best. Please stay in touch so we know how you're doing.
Love and hugs

Yes, especially when tired. I just take myself off to my room and read and relax...
