Loretta all the '5 yr pills' come with side effects, you would need to try one and its a wait and see thing. If one is not tolerable, you stop taking it for 2 weeks and you try another one. ❤️

Yea really. And about Anastrozole, it comes with one dosage, 1 milligram and a lot of medications are based on weight so why is 1 milligram ok for a 100 lb woman and okay for a 300 lb woman? There is so much to understand about these drugs.

I had a terrible time with Tamoxifen and very little trouble with Letroxole. Like Barbara said you never know which one is going to work but in my humble experience they are very different even though they are all in the same drug class.
