I was on capecitabine for 2 years until it stopped working for me. Side effects not too bad, but watch out for cracking/splitting heels and fingers. Stock up on lotion and apply often. Once I stopped the capecitabine, my hands and feet went back to normal.
(I also started on Ibrance, but it didn't work for me.) Just started Enhertu a few weeks ago.
