I just read you would be taking 4 pills twice a day. I would start with 2 pills twice a day for the first cycle. If everything is okay then do 3 pills in the am and 2 in the pm until the next cycle. Then 3 and 3 if tolerated. I don't think anyone tolerates 4 & 4

This drug may have great benefits if you can take it in a dose where you can tolerate it. I don't want to sound like I am completely negative about it, I just don't want to see you see suffering and then have to deal with horrible pain needing it to be decreased and suffering for weeks until your hands and feet heal.

@A MyBCTeam Member I would never listen to my doctor when it comes to this drug. I remember what you went through for weeks before it began to heal, your descriptions how your hands and feet felt. Mortifying. I would take less than half what was prescribed and increase it weekly and the first sign of hand and foot problems, I would stay at the dosage before it happened.
