MDHair. Working really good on the “shedding”. Only thing you have to be careful of is the order process. It’s an automatic ship to your credit card unless you order just the shampoo. They do stop the auto ship at your request. I now order as I need more. So far it’s been working for me. Let me know how it goes if you order.

What shampoo are you using?

I’ve been on Letrozole for almost 3 yrs. and the side effects were worst the first 3-6 mo. Eventually the headaches were not as often and less severe. A couple of Tylenol usually helps. Muscle aches and joint pain got a little worse after about a year or two, but manageable. My Hematologist suggested an allergy pill with Benadryl to help me sleep. I found a shampoo that has helped with hair shedding and I’ve learned to “work around” the fatigue. All said and done, the Letrozole lowers the chance of the cancer coming back enough that I chose to keep taking it. The worst so far is my bad cholesterol has gone way up, but working with my primary physician on medication, diet, etc. All in all I was lucky enough to be able to handle the side effects. I hope you get better with time and the side effects lessen. You are in my prayers🫶
