I am also HER2+, lost my hair during chemo, but once I moved to just the Herceptin, it started coming back. I finished all the treatments in Jan 2020, and decided I would see how long it could be in 5 years, with just an annual trim. It will be 4 years in Jan. and it is about mid-back! Not as thick as before, but that's ok, previously, I had to have them thin in for any style I wanted, even when it was cut in layers. Yes, mine grew back. Recently finished 14 cycles of Kadcyla, after chemo. Hair started coming back about 1 month after chemo. My oncologist said the growth would be a little slower while doing the infusions. Best wishes to you!
