I have hand and arm pain from Letrozole. It’s also mild lymphedema in my case though. I don’t have much “visible” swelling but I definitely have inflammation on my treatment side. In the mornings my fingers are swollen and I can actually “see” the swelling and they are very stiff and sore. It seems to come and go and some days it’s more flared up than others. I’ve discovered I think my diet contributes to how bad it feels.
