I spoke with my oncologist on wednesday and I was told that she wanted to incorporate chemotherapy with my radiation treatment if the doctor administering the radiation would allow it and if not I would do another round after completing radiation. I believe the term is ajuvant therapy. Chemo, mastectomy, radiation, chemo

I did NEO, chemo first, I am TNBC. Are you Her2+? Her2 does a year total of chemo. A high Oncotype score also is adjuvant chemo.

Angelique 4- my ONC told me
That if I need radiation while on chemo, he will stop the chemo, do radiation and re- start with chemo after that.
Best of luck 🤞🏼.

I have never heard of radiation and chemo together. Maybe a new line of treatment. I had adjuvant therapy on my first case, it was given to me before I had a lumpectomy and radiation!. Better consult with your Dr.
