Hi ladies. So I am 15 chemo treatments in with 1 more to go for TNBC... I have been super lucky in terms of side effects but because of my complete lack of energy and inability to exercise regularly along with chemo putting me into menopause I have gained weight. Not a lot but I am trying to keep it managed and under control. I am a super clean eater and only drink 1 cup of coffee per day and tons and tons of water. Try some Greek yogurt, add some water flavoring packets and fresh fruit for lunch. Don’t snack after 7 pm. Try exercising before you get out of bed. I do 10 repetitions of arm and leg lifts.

I’m assuming your receiving steroids during chemo? I gained 20 lbs in 3 months from that. 10 came off quickly after finishing chemo. The other 10 took a couple months. Hang in there, you will start to feel better as soon as it’s done! Good luck
