Started taxol in Sept, hair started growing fuzz in Oct, finished taxol in Nov. I am now one year out from the end of taxol and my hair is about 3-4 inches long now.

My hair fell out in huge clumps after 4th Taxol. Shaved it. Just finished #10 of 12 Taxol. Hair growing back, very thin fuzz, but at least is providing a little warmth and velcro for hats. Looking forward to end of Taxol for many reasons, will shave again then let hair grow. Now have extensive collection of hats, can wear rest of life :-)

About 4 weeks after last chemoJan 19, 2016.. I saw my fuzz growing back..so excited ..but it was end of May before I quit wearing my wig.. j have long shoulder length hair.. took at least a good year and half to get it in a little pony tail.. I read it takes a good 2 and a half to 3 years to get it back to where you started if you have long hair..mine is back to its original length.. been 3 years..it will come!!🤗

No!!! Herceptin causes hair loss too???😢😫I’ve been on Taxol/ Herceptin for 8 weeks... 4 more to go then rads and Herceptin every 3weeks.
Anyone followed that regimen? When does hair come back then?

After my A/C chemo, I had Taxol with Herceptin for 12 weeks. The hair on my head seems to have started growing very slowly but I am still losing hair on the rest of my body. I start Herceptin only, every 21 days until next November and one of the side effects can be hair loss so we'll see how it goes. I may be bald for another year.
