Ah, first of all, your short hair is beautiful - but I know you want it to grow!

I used Biotin shampoo. I also found that trimming it, even when it was short, seemed to help it grow. It seemed to take longer for my bangs to grow.

For hair and nails I have been taking Biotin 5mg. My chemo ended Dec. 7, 2017. My hair is growing in nicely. I happen to really like my short hair and have had it trimmed already three times to keep it short. I feel however the biotin has helped it get a little fuller. (photos range is from March to May)

Stacey takes biotin every morning and her hair is growing nicely. Her eyebrows and eyelashes not as much. How do we use castor oil!

Mine was growing quickly until I had surgery, then it slowed down. I had 4 surgeries since last Auguat and it has grown very little. I use organic shampoo and conditioner with essential oils and biotin in it and it is still thin. Hopefully in a few months my immune system will start healing and my hair will respond, I am 16 months out of chemo and my hair is still super short and thin,

I take biotin. I finished chemo in January. Slow start but now it’s about an inch long. Stylist said half an inch per month
