After logging in, click on the grid to the right of the MyBCTeam logo; click "my profile" and a drop down menu will appear; scroll down to "my recommendations". Fill this out as fully as possible so that others may access, particularly those that live in the same vicinity.
To my knowledge, there is no place to log "bad doctors". But you can certainly rant )and query) about bad experiences with a specific doc as much as rave about them in "activites" ( How Is Your Day).
Also, if you're desperado in the moment, go to "find others" scroll to "by location" and you should be able to tap into MBCT sisters in your area that have their doc's listed.

Yep, I had one of those too. A "thinks she's a prima Donna" know it all at Duke...she was the worst doctor ever. My oncologist truly cares about me. Best change I made. Sounds like Duke would be the "best"... But it was all smoke and mirrors.
