I lost 20 lbs during chemo have gained all back plus from aromatase inhibitors. What can we do? Any diet effective???

This is the 2nd time im on it and haven't had any side effects. I definitely didn't need to gain weight so im happy that not an issue right now lol

I am hungry on arimdex but I am one of the lucky few that has actually lost weight when I started taking it, about 10 lbs. I do have joint stiffness.
