I agree I had double mast and no nipples, I love it I do not have to wear a bra. I wasn't sure what to do either I feel like I am thru with having Surg so wasn't sure I would want the nipples in, but, the more I read about tatoos I think I want to go to ny and get vinnies. They look like nipples but, are flat so can get away with no bra, yeah FREEDOM !

Nipples are for you. If you want them or tattooed ones, it's really only for you because honestly you won't be able to feel them. I never got nipple reconstruction because I felt like what's the point? (Pardon the pun)

I'd tell them it was a very personal decision that I would be making and to mind their own business. I'm a bit of a smart ass like that. I know people mean well but some are just plain nosey!

Atlanta plastic and plastic reconstructive surgeons have a tattoo artist they allow to use their space and her results look really good. I am considering it.
