Those who r in their early rad treatments will see that towards the end of treatment, you will experience a bad sunburn affect. Since my breasts r large, I also had to deal with blistering & oozing under the breast. Used clear Aloe Vera from the dr's office,then he gave me a prescription sauve & gel to use. I had to cut a t shirt into pieces to apply under the breast to absorb the moisture. I wore stretch bras that snapped in the front from Walmart. I ended treatment in mid April & the breast that recd treatment is firmer than the other, still tan, but I am retaining fluid. Areas of my breast's skin feels like an orange peel, which moves depending whether I am lying down or sitting up. Dr said it should go away in approx 12 months.

Hi Denise...thanks for the feedback. I have burning feeling but no itch and not very much swelling of any so I am not sure if the sensation is a normal aftermath of rads (only my 2nd treatment) or if it is the signal of lymphedema.

I have had 3 treatments as well and have noticed just slightly pink breast and my skin is usually really warm afterwards, I have been very very tired though and wasnt expecting that this soon.
