I experienced same thing. I thought it was the expander moving, but was told expander could not move. I also experienced what I called "zingers" sharp, piercing pain around my nipples. Was told it was nerves reattaching. Now have permanent implants, much more comfortable than the tissue expanders.

I have been on them for 3 months. 6 weeks after starting my markers had went from 103 to 38. Will see tomorrow how it is working after 6 more weeks. I was on Abraxane for 2 1/2 years and needed an easier treatment for a while and I feel so much better. More energy, no more weakness, feeling as close to normal as I can remember. So sorry you had to go on Taxol. My insurance did pay for mine, might try getting a different prescription plan. A port sure makes it easier, have had mine nearly 10 years. It's an older one but still works just fine. Will be praying for treatment not to be to hard on you.

Brenda thanks for the feedback.My insurance refuse to pay for these pills so the doctor put me on Taxol. Had my first treatment today and will have 11 more treatments. I am taking it in my vein but may have to go too a port. So glad you had good news. You will be in my prayers
