I have been taking Tamoxifen since April and my blood pressure had dropped also. I was on Lisinopril for high blood pressure prior. I stopped my Lisinopril. My medical oncologist never heard of Tamoxifen doing this.

Mine is constantly high now too. Nobody seems to be too worried about it so I am trying not to be either.

Hi Sally, I was on several medications for high BP (blood pressure), Lisinipril, Metropolol, furosemide, spironolactone, and hydralazine, 3 times a day.
The doctor who put me on hydralazine, 3 times a day, is the nephrologist who put me back on spironolactone.

She knew it could raise your potassium.

I ended up in the hospital with a life-threatening high potassium.

The problem was that no one was in charge of my medications.

I will no longer let anyone prescribe any other pill without my PCP'S pre-approval.

Hope you are well.
