I was Stage 1 triple negative with clear nodes. My breast surgeon very bluntly announced that i would definitely need chemo (no radiation). That was BEFORE I learned I was BRCA positive. My Oncologist also said chemo was my best approach and that chemo actually works better on triple negative cancer. You may want a 2nd opinion just for peace of mind. Best of luck to you!

Thanks ladies. Ive gone back to my Dr. And asked why not chemo and his reply was your cancer was a "dot" 2mm. Chemo risk not worth a "dot". I think I will always have that thought in the back of my mind.

Hi Carrie, did you do chemo after radiation or you didn’t?

Based on what we do know about TNBC, might seek a second opinion. Be 100% comfortable.
