Do you ladies still feel some fatigued even if you're done with chemo??? Like you get tired easily?

I am still fatigued 5 years later and must get monthly b12 shots. My onco told me about 30% of chemo patients suffer lifelong fatigue that's unexplained. He recommended yoga and acupuncture as well. It can take years to overcome it.

@A MyBCTeam Member I did for 6 months (I had also had radiation after the chemo) which my Dr. said was normal. It took me forever but I finally got on a treadmill for 20 min a day and it made a world of difference.

I am 3 weeks after my last chemo treatment and I still get tired quickly. Trying hard to do more around the house to build up my stamina.

I'm 4 months out from chemo and I still get wiped out easily. I'll have a great day full of energy and the very next I have barely enough and no motivation to do anything!
