What are other options besides Tamoxifen?

Just found out my onca test was only a 11 and with a DMX and no nodes, I was wondering if there are other options for people like me? However I am premenopausal.... Any thoughts ?

I am premenopausal and also had an onco score of 11, my dr put me on Lupron shots and Arimidex (10 yr plan)

Because of the 5% side effect of uterine cancer with the medication of Tamoxifen, I elected to have a total hysterectomy and bilateral oopherectomy. My anti-hormonal medication was switched to Femara because I'm now in surgical menopause.
