Here are some of the more common side effects you may experience:
- Diarrhea — This is the most frequently reported side effect of Verzenio, and for some people it can be quite intense
- Joint, bone, and muscle pain — Letrozole commonly causes this, affecting roughly 1 in 3 women
- Fatigue — Both medications can cause tiredness
- Nausea and stomach issues — Including constipation or stomach pain
- Hair thinning or loss — Both medications list this as a possible side effect
